Things can get pretty lonely out there…
Transitioning from corporate to entrepreneurship was overwhelming. After seven years with a supportive team, I suddenly found myself working solo—no clients, no roadmap, and no one who truly understood my struggles. Balancing a new marriage, a newborn, and a deep desire to rediscover myself, I faced isolation and uncertainty like never before.
It was overwhelming, isolating, and, honestly, exhausting.
Stuck in the grind of a demanding corporate job, I was working 9-to-9 with no end in sight. Frustrated, Madiha and I put our heads together, and realized it was time to break free, redefine success, and rediscover ourselves. What started as a vision boarding class exploded into a unique community of Boss Babes, passionate about chasing their dreams.
After building two successful businesses and launching a third, we’ve learned one truth: no one succeeds alone. It’s the power of female friendships—someone who truly gets you, believes in you, and has your back. That’s exactly why we created the Biz Bestie Squad—to give women-led businesses the kind of support, connection, and guidance that turns challenges into victories and dreams into reality
