Step 1: 

A one-stop shop to formulate and visualize your Thoughts, Goals, and Aspirations with our hands-on Vision Boarding Workshop, (all supplies provided).

Step 2: 

Moving your ideas from the Vision Board to execution with our signature “Mind Mapping” exercise, which will guide you and create a realistic pathway to achieve your vision. This exercise will include goal setting, circle of life, and mind-mapping exercises to make sure you walk out with a ready-to-start action plan.

Step 3:

From Banker to Mountaineer

Attended the Workshop in 2019

Achievement: In 2022 Naila became the First Pakistani Woman to climb K2, and has also climbed Mount Everst this year.

'I created a vision board with The Babe Movement for myself in 2019 that included these goals. My goals included summiting K2 and little did I know id be able to achieve this goal only within 3 years of writing this goal on a piece of paper (dreaming about it for a little longer thought). When I wrote K2 on this paper, I had absolutely No Idea I'd be able to achieve it so soon. The whole mountaineering community was so surprised.

It's so important to dream big, create and plan to achieve it, surround yourself with positive and like-minded people, overcome all the problems, you face, and put all your energy into achieving your goal.'

From Journalist to Self-Love Consultant

Achievement: In 2019 launched her Self-Love consultation platform, Hey_Arfa

'I can't begin to explain just how useful, The Babe Movement has been for me to have that final push to start my own business.

I launched my own platform during Covid-19 and a huge credit goes to TBM, who through their workshops not only inspired, but armed you with the right skills to make the whole startup process less overwhelming and goal-oriented.'

Hafsa Qadeer:

From Corporate to Founder

Achievement: In 2019, Hafsa launched her dream project I Am Inclusive, A platform for People of Determination to connect to inclusive jobs, and train employers to embrace inclusion.

In October 2022, I am Inclusive is the first platform in the country to be recognized as a social certified enterprise providing inclusive employment and training solutions.
